Payment
of Tuition
Weekly individual lesson times are
reserved, and payment for individual instruction at
Odeion is made on a monthly basis, with
payment
for each month’s lessons due in full by the 1st of that month.

Cancellations
For each academic year, each student is
guaranteed two make-up lessons for student cancellations of an entire lesson
by 12:00 noon on the day of the lesson. Additional lessons canceled
by the student may be made up
at Odeion's
discretion and contingent upon scheduling availability.
Students also receive a make up lesson if Odeion cancels a
lesson or part of a lesson.

Discontinuing
Lessons
Every
student enrolled in individual instruction who elects to discontinue lessons
is required to provide at least thirty (30) days written notice to Odeion.
Notice
is effective upon receipt by Odeion.
If a student does not provide
thirty (30) days written notice, the student will be billed for
lessons for thirty (30) days
from the date notice is received.
